NEXUS 7501 series hardness testerAll hardness testing methods can be conducted according to standards, including Rockwell, surface Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers, and Knoop.
It can also perform ball indentation hardness testing on thermoplastic materials, as well as new Vickers depth (HVT) and Brinell depth (HBT) testing.
It covers all standard hardness testing methods within the following force range: 0.5kgf/4.9N-250kgf/2.45kN.
All testing procedures comply with the requirements of the German Organization for Standardization (DIN), the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), and the Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS).
This series of hardness testers is based on force sensors and force feedback closed-loop systems, equipped with high-quality mechanical components.
Advanced hardness testing software IMPRESIONS ™ Based on the MS Windows operating system, it can automatically control the testing program and has many other functions, such as fully automatic indentation measurement and data storage.
The embedded camera and image calibration scaling function ensure that the speed and accuracy of Vickers or Brinell testing are not affected by users.
The test load range is 0.5kgf/4.9N-250kgf/2.45kN.
application

IMPRESSIONS ™ system
IMPRESSIONS ™ It is an advanced operating system for hardness testers. The software features include manual and automatic testing of all test rulers, image editing, file storage, image storage, report printing, turret control, manual or automatic focusing, and other advanced functions.
It can simultaneously convert three different hardness scales (and tensile strength), and this conversion can be set according to the corresponding materials and standards (ISO/ASTM).
The system can be configured with (optional) electric X-Y worktable, rotating table, or tilting table.
The drivers for these electric workbenches are already built into the machine, so there are no external drive devices and no additional fees are required.
By combining with an electric X-Y worktable, the hardness tester can run hardened layer depth hardness testing programs, customize testing modes, and/or other user-defined special tasks.
All data can be copied or exported to office applications such as Word, Excel, or report exporters. The report exporter can send test results to workstations or servers via email.
All data can be accessed through a local area network or wireless local area network connection.
